       我们承担了鄂尔多斯市蒙西工业园区水资源循环利用方案项目,分析计算了不同时期工业园区的用水需求总量、排水总量和可供水量,通过水资源优化配置理论与最佳管理实践对各企业供排水进行合理配置,形成工业园区水资源循环利用方案。该项目的实施不但为蒙西工业园区水资源利用水平提供了解决方案,并且保障了鄂尔多斯市节水型社会建设的顺利进行。同时我们还承担了鄂尔多斯市黄河南岸水权转换区信息化建设规划,通过对水权转换区内的黄河干流引提水口、退水口、渠道分水口门引退水、地下水、水质、作物生长系统等信息的采集与传输,建立了一个以3S技术、数据库技术和决策支持系统为核心的现代化灌区管理系统,实现了水资源调度方案的优化决策、闸门远程自动控制、工程现场图像监视、管理和办公自动化等功能。


       We were commissioned to complete a water resource recycling plan for the Mengxi Industrial Zone, located within Erdos City. The water resource recycling plan calculated total water demand forecasts, total water discharge, and the amount of water available in the industrial zone, considering several different development scenarios. The plan also determined water allocation quotas for each enterprise, with respect to water supply, and discharge according to optimal allocation and best management practices. This plan provides strong technical support for the improvement of water resource utilization in the industrial zone, and contributes to the building of sustainable water use in Erdos City. We also engaged to the information management systems for water rights trading on the Yellow River. This system employed 3S technology, sophisticated database technology and decision-making supporting functions and optimized decision making within the water resource dispatching plan, enabled automatic remote-control of sluice gates, provided on site video monitoring.
